Z stepped off the boat. His new life has just begun. People were wandering everywhere, almost aimlessly. His money was worth nothing in this foreign land, and would need weapons to protect himself. His previous sword was sold to travel on the ship.
After wandering for some time, he felt that the people here were staring at him. He realized that none of these people were elven. He threw the hood of his cloak over his head and continued walking.
As he reached the edge of town, he could see the wilderness in the area. Off in the distance, he saw an amazing sight: a dragon. He was surprised. Dragons were extinct in his previous home. This was a strange world. He would have to be careful if he needed to survive. He made his way to an abandoned home. He would need rest from his long voyage.

I'll be right back; just need to get a few supplies. Said a feminine voice.
Alright, but be careful. You do not know when danger is near... Came a low, growling voice.
I will, Alancar. Now hurry up and catch your prey; you are an easier target than I. A black-haired elf walked over to a stand, dropping a few coins for some bread and mead. A carefully carved sword was fixed perfectly on her hip. On it's sheathe the elven words for "Wrath" were intricately carved into the leather material.

(Um, can we get back on topic? this forum is getting really cluttered)
Z examined every square inch of the building. It was dusty and covered in mold. Not the most comforting house, but no one has been here in a number of years.
Out of a dirty window he saw another elf. This comforted him, because he was beginning to feel like the only elf in this world. She carried herself much higher than the surrounding civilians. She was armed with a vibrant sword. Perhaps this world is not as peaceful as he thought.
The dragon in the distance is now closer than before. A black shining hide was visible on the dragon. This image only made him feel more out of place.
He ripped off some rotting wood from the walls and set them into a pile. He rose his hand like a gesture, and the wood lit into a bright fire. Z's only remaining weapon in this world was his experience in magic. Hopefully, that is worth something in this land, too.

Moving on to another stand, the female elf saw a flicker of orange in her peripheral vision. Turning her head slightly, as not to be noticed, she saw another elf in one of the famous old buildings that men had taken to when passing by, start a fire with a brief flick of his hand. Hmm...that's very interesting. She thought, narrowing her gray eyes as she thought about the new stranger.
"Miss?" The person at the stand said questioningly, noticing her still stance for a few long moments. The elf looked up. "Do you want to buy anythin'?" He asked with a slight accent.
"Oh, yes. Two pounds of meat, please." She said, giving the man silver coins. While he was wrapping her cut up, she asked, "Do you know who that stranger is, over there?" She flicked her eyes momentarily towards the building, the man following her gaze.
He shook his head 'no'. "Sorry, miss. Can't say I 'ave. Looks like one o' your kind, eh?" He chuckled a bit, unchallenged by the female elf's slight glare.
"Right..." She glowered, collecting her cut and walking away.

Z huddled over the fire and pulled out some food out of his cloak. The strange mold in his hand could live only upon the air itself, which was how it survived the long voyage over seas. It became edible when roasted, burning off the natural poisons.
He set the moss-like mold near the fire. His magic was too powerful for the weak, rotting wood, and was burning away too hot and fast. Z got up, grabbed his roasted moss and left for firewood. He took an ackward bite out of the mold. "Uh, disgusting". He forced another bite as he left the building.

((I would have joined in earlier but my only source for internet was a phone.))
Eslakon coughed, covering his mouth with his elbow to show manners, even though everyone else was not. Leosta. . . how I loathe these crowded streets He thought, staring into the faces of by-passers. Still, he needed supplies, and this was the best place for that.
Chara sniffed a large chunk of meat that was lying on a table right beside her, but then pulled her head back with a snort when the vendor pulled the table back with a scowl. She shot the vendor a strict glare before moving on, following Eslakon as he looked for what he needed.
The many vendors that lined the streets contained some of the most fascinating weaponry, jewelry, and what caught his attention the most, Gryphon eggs. He knew Chara would never allow that, so he continued walking, never even bothering with a second glance.
"Eslakon, is that what you seek?", Chara nudged his shoulder with her nose, and then beckoned her massive head to wards a rather crude weapon shop, which contained slightly rusted and crude weaponry. He chose this over the others because he needed a weapon for fighting, not display.
He nodded, but then paused as he noticed a black dragon not far from the vendor, whom looked very familiar. Ignoring the shop, Eslakon began approaching the black dragon, with Chara following close behind.

Arc walked down the streets, searching for a food stand, he was not in the mood for hunting. When he saw and elf who, strangely, was shorter than him. (Z this is you...) He decided to go talk to the elf. "Hello i am Arctin. but you can call me Arc." he said in the kindest voice he could manage.

((Alancar didn't land, but whatever. I was going to have him land there anyway, so just kinda ignore the sentence of him landing.))
The female elf stood a little off the street, waiting for her companion, Alancar. Not a moment later, the extremely large dragon landed next to her, causing many people passing by to jump out of the way; or, in one man's case, blown away. The elf smiled up at him with an amused look. Get your fill? She asked him through their minds. He gave a low grumble in reply.
Suddenly, Alancar gave a protective growl, looking over the elf(which wasn't hard), and saw that somebody was looking over here; along with another dragon behind him. The elf gave him a look before following his gray eyes to the two approaching figures. "What?" She asked aloud, clearly not bothered by this.
Alancar growled. Female dragon; very few. And, is that another elf? Very suspicious to me... The elf laughed out loud.
Come on, Alancar. Just relax; you're just paranoid, is all.
Am not. You just can't seem to take anything seriously.
Oh, I beg to differ! She retaliated, as they continued to have their own silent war.

Z was surprised at this sudden greeting. "Er, hello...Arc. You can call me Z. I would love to talk, but I am new to this place and would like a cheap place to stay. Do you have any places in mind?" He was glad that his first greeting was a good one. First impressions in a new world is greatly important. This also means he wasn't caught breaking into an abandoned building.

(Dammit! I'm not that short Why does everyone say i'm short? 6 foot 4 is average!) "What's wrong with the building you just came out of?""That won't be a big problem, would it? The stay was only temporary." "This is a strange and wonderful world. I can learn much here." Z quickly used his magic to sense the human. There was an extreme amount of aether in his bloodstream. He looked harmless enough. Z just would have to be a bit more cautious around this human. Z grabbed some larger sticks for fire. "It's a little cold out here, lets go inside". He pushed the door open and waited for the human.

Arc entered cautiously, this guy smelled different. "its not that cold to me." he said.
He was pleased to see his asumption was right, it was cozy.
"So Z, where is it you come from, not from this land clearly." Crap, would a normal person notice that? Did i reveal to much?Arc thought.
