That depends. . . Would there be any attributes or is it a spirit trapped in the boundaries between the human world and the spirit world waiting to be resurrected? (Wow, thats pretty detailed. . .O.o)

Well...no
I got this from the show, "Danny Phantom". He's human, but an accident made him half-ghost, but he's still human. 1/2 Human, 1/2 Ghost.
